What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily limousine operations, from morning fleet rollouts to nightly returns—no two days are exactly the same.
  • Managing, scheduling, and motivating our team of professional drivers to ensure top-tier service and punctuality.
  • Ensuring every vehicle and driver is compliant with Abu Dhabi ITC/DMT systems and all related regulations—no shortcuts here.
  • Handling limousine licensing, permits, renewals, and all associated documentation; you’re the go-to for regulatory questions.
  • Troubleshooting operational challenges on the fly (traffic delays, special client requests, last-minute changes—you keep your cool).
  • Liaising closely with our dispatch, client relations, and maintenance teams to keep things running smooth as silk.
  • Analyzing operations data and KPIs to spot trends, propose improvements, and help us raise the bar even higher.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Solid experience managing operations within a limousine or luxury passenger transport company in Abu Dhabi
  • Full working knowledge of Abu Dhabi ITC/DMT systems, regulations, and limousine licensing procedures
  • Proven track record of driver supervision, scheduling, and team leadership
  • Strong organizational skills—the kind that keeps schedules (and people) humming
  • Confident communicator in English (Arabic is a definite plus)
  • Passion for high standards and customer satisfaction
