What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Handling daily correspondence in both English and Arabic; drafting letters, memos, and emails.
- Managing office schedules, booking appointments, and keeping calendars straight for the team.
- Supporting the team with accurate data entry, filing, and document organization (digital and paper).
- Overseeing and executing FAB banking transactions, including payments, online processes, and reconciliations.
- Maintaining office supplies, liaising with vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics.
- Assisting with travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and last-minute requests (they happen!).
- Upholding a presentable office environment — from the front desk to the boardroom.
