About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Join Our Team as an Arabic-Speaking Office Specialist in Abu Dhabi
Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic office environment? We're looking for an Arabic-speaking female colleague, ideally already sponsored by her family, to become the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our Abu Dhabi office. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill administrative gig: you’ll be at the intersection of client relations, precise documentation, and essential company communications—plus, you’ll help keep our government website management running smoothly. If you’re seeking a role where your bilingual skills and meticulous attention to detail are truly valued, you might just find your next home here.
About Us
Our office is a tight-knit, driven group that believes excellence happens one small interaction at a time. We’re proud of our collaborative spirit—whether it’s sharing a quick coffee in the break room or teaming up to solve a last-minute request from a client. While we serve a wide range of businesses, our hallmark is accuracy, trust, and a genuine respect for each team member’s contribution. Things move fast (we jokingly say you’ll learn the true meaning of “urgent” on your first day), but there’s always someone ready to lend a hand or share a laugh.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting clients as the first point of contact in the office
- Managing electronic archiving of important documents for accuracy and easy retrieval
- Drafting and translating official letters, meeting minutes, and correspondence in both Arabic and English—clarity and zero typos are our gold standard
- Coordinating corporate communications internally and externally, ensuring professionalism at every step
- Handling minutes for general assemblies, capturing key decisions and action points with precision
- Preparing official correspondence with government bodies, making sure every document is spot-on and on time
- Overseeing corporate accounts on government websites, including updates, renewals, and submissions
- Playing a key role in daily office operations and supporting the broader team wherever needed
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written, with a strong command of formal business correspondence
- Female candidate under family sponsorship (residence visa not provided by the company)
- Previous experience in administration, front-desk, or executive assistant roles—ideally within the UAE
- Sharp attention to detail and an instinct for getting documents “just right”
- Confident communicator, comfortable handling guests and high-level correspondence alike
- Hands-on experience with electronic archiving and government online portals (such as Ministry sites)
- Discretion and professionalism—our clients’ trust matters deeply
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in administration, business, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with UAE company law or previous work supporting general assemblies
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and PowerPoint
Not sure you check every box? If you’re eager to learn and ready to contribute, we’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary and regular working hours—plus overtime pay if needed
- Supportive, friendly team that genuinely appreciates new ideas and initiative
- Work-life balance: we respect your personal commitments (especially family ones)
- Opportunities to upskill on the job—government platforms, business writing, and more
- Modern office in the heart of Abu Dhabi, easily accessible by public transport
- Coffee breaks, shared celebrations on wins (big and small), and a workplace where your voice counts
Work somewhere you’ll be trusted to do your best—and where the team cheers you on along the way. If that sounds like what you’re seeking, you might be closer to your next career step than you think!
