What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating packaging and filling machinery with care and attention, ensuring products are correctly packed and sealed
- Keeping a sharp eye out for any defects or quality issues — product integrity starts with you
- Following detailed safety procedures and company guidelines (your wellbeing is as important as productivity)
- Collaborating with your fellow team members: sharing tasks, solving small hiccups, and making sure the line runs smoothly
- Handling raw materials, managing product flow, and supporting other departments when required
- Keeping your workspace tidy and organized to promote a safe and efficient environment
- Reporting equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to supervisors
- Meeting daily production targets without cutting corners — quality is never compromised
What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in a production, packaging, or filling role (even a few months counts)
