About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered how luxury chocolates reach their final, eye-catching form before landing in boutiques and gift boxes across Dubai? Here’s your chance to find out — up close and hands-on. We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic Packaging and Production Line Operators to join a specialized facility at the heart of Jebel Ali. Whether you’re a UAE resident or here on a visit, you could be part of a team that blends tradition and technology to deliver exceptional chocolate experiences. The best part? No experience required; just bring your willingness to learn, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
About the Company
Picture a workplace where the rich aroma of chocolate is just another part of the daily routine. Our client is recognized as a leader in premium chocolate packaging—think high standards, custom designs, and a relentless pursuit of perfection. This isn’t a giant, impersonal factory floor; it’s a tight-knit team where attention to detail and pride in your craft matter. Fridays might bring chocolate tastings or small celebrations when a new package design rolls out — team spirit is as important as the product itself.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assembling and preparing chocolate packaging materials to precise specifications—think more origami than assembly line.
- Operating modern, user-friendly machines dedicated to wrapping and boxing chocolates safely and attractively.
- Inspecting finished products for quality, making sure every box meets the standard you’d expect to receive yourself.
- Supporting team members during peaks—sometimes that means helping with labeling, sometimes organizing finished goods.
- Moving and arranging packaged chocolates for storage or shipment, with a careful touch to avoid damage.
- Participating actively in training sessions—you’ll learn the latest trends and best practices in chocolate packaging, hands-on.
What You’ll Bring

- A can-do attitude and a reliable, punctual approach
Nice-to-Haves:
- Any experience in a production or packaging environment (but really, we’ll train you on everything)
- Team spirit—helping others creates the best results here
- An eye for detail; perfectionists absolutely welcome
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
