What You’ll Be Doing
Packing and Packaging Workers:
- Carefully package pasta products into bags, boxes, or cases, paying attention to quality and presentation.
- Inspect items for any defects or inconsistencies before sealing and labeling.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe—your attention to detail matters here.
- Assist with inventory checks and help load finished goods for shipping as needed.
- Sometimes, rotate between tasks to keep things interesting and build new skills.
Production Workers:
- Operate and monitor pasta-making machines (don’t worry, training provided!).
- Weigh and mix ingredients according to recipes and production plans.
- Troubleshoot small issues with machines or processes, calling for help when needed.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets—everyone plays a part.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards at every step.
What You’ll Bring
