What You’ll Be Doing

  • Packing and Packaging Workers:

    • Carefully package pasta products into bags, boxes, or cases, paying attention to quality and presentation.
    • Inspect items for any defects or inconsistencies before sealing and labeling.
    • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe—your attention to detail matters here.
    • Assist with inventory checks and help load finished goods for shipping as needed.
    • Sometimes, rotate between tasks to keep things interesting and build new skills.
  • Production Workers:

    • Operate and monitor pasta-making machines (don’t worry, training provided!).
    • Weigh and mix ingredients according to recipes and production plans.
    • Troubleshoot small issues with machines or processes, calling for help when needed.
    • Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets—everyone plays a part.
    • Maintain hygiene and safety standards at every step.
