What You’ll Be Doing
- Carefully packing fresh fruit into trays, boxes, and crates to meet quality and safety standards
- Checking fruits for ripeness, bruises, and defects before packing
- Labelling and assembling packages according to instructions and customer requirements
- Keeping your work area clean and tidy throughout each shift
- Following daily targets and collaborating with team members to keep production running smoothly
- Reporting any issues or product concerns to supervisors right away
- Assisting with loading and unloading, or helping around the warehouse as needed (we all pitch in)
- Helping maintain a positive, can-do atmosphere on the line — your attitude matters!

- Physical stamina and willingness to work on your feet for most of your shift
- Attention to detail (if you notice a bruised apple, you’ll spot it!)
- Ability to follow instructions and safety policies

- Valid residency or visitor status in the UAE — we welcome both
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous factory, warehouse, or packing experience
- Basic English or Arabic for workplace communication
