What You’ll Be Doing
- Working along the production line to carefully pack and seal a range of food products.
- Checking packaging materials and finished goods for quality, freshness, and accurate labeling.
- Assisting with loading packed goods onto pallets for shipment—sometimes it’s a group effort!
- Keeping your workspace clean and organized, pitching in with team duties as needed.
- Following safety and hygiene procedures—food safety is priority number one around here.
- Alerting supervisors promptly to any product or equipment issues.
- Taking on extra hours when things get busy (don’t worry—overtime is paid according to UAE labor laws).
- Adapting to new tasks as products or processes change—no two days are exactly the same.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Physical stamina and readiness for hands-on factory work (think: standing, lifting, and moving between tasks).
- Basic understanding of safety and cleanliness, especially in relation to food.
- Positive, reliable attitude—showing up matters more than a perfect CV.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including the occasional overtime.
- Ability to follow instructions independently or as part of a team.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse roles.
