About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever find satisfaction in a job where your hands shape the outcome and attention to detail really matters? We’re searching for packaging workers—both men and women—who are ready to roll up their sleeves and be part of a dynamic, essential team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. Whether you’re on a visit visa or already a resident, if you’re ready to jump in and grow with a company that believes in rewarding reliability and hard work, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
About the Company
Nestled in the bustling industrial hub of Jebel Ali, our factory is anything but ordinary. We get to package the things that help other businesses thrive—from sleek glass jars to durable plastic containers and sturdy metal packaging. The team’s as diverse as Dubai itself: lots of backgrounds, languages, and the kind of camaraderie that comes from tackling challenges together. Fridays? That’s when we break bread (and sometimes share a laugh or two) in the staff lounge—hard hats are replaced with lighter stories and a bit of friendly banter. It’s a place where stability meets the room to carve your own career journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare, sort, and pack finished products (plastic, metal, glass) according to quality standards
- Operate and monitor basic packaging machinery—don’t worry, training is part of the deal
- Double-check labeling, sealing, and inventory before shipment
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and always ready for inspection
- Support your team at busy times, helping lift, move, or wrap larger items
- Flag any quality or safety issues as soon as you spot them—everyone’s voice matters here
- Pitch in for cycle counts and regular stock takes (it’s more satisfying than it sounds!)
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily targets, while still keeping safety front and center
What You’ll Bring
- Willingness to work shifts and in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including occasional lifting (with help for heavy stuff!)
- Good communication—basic English or Arabic helps, but we’re good at showing as well as telling
- An eye for detail and pride in doing things right, every time
- Team spirit, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Prior packaging or factory experience is a plus, but not required
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
