What You’ll Be Doing
- Learning the ropes of high-speed packaging and filling machines—don’t worry, we teach you everything.
- Setting up, monitoring, and safely operating equipment for juice, food, and beverage filling.
- Performing simple, regular checks to ensure smooth, efficient processes.
- Taking care of basic cleaning and maintenance to keep your work area tip-top.
- Spotting and reporting any minor machine hiccups (nothing too technical—you’ll get the hang of it!).
- Collaborating with teammates to meet production goals and keep operations flowing.
- Following hygiene, safety, and quality standards like a pro, right from day one.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A willingness to learn new skills (we’ll take it from there!)
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to roll up your sleeves
- Able to follow directions and work well with others
- Basic communication skills (English, Hindi, or Urdu preferred)
- Flexibility for shift work, including weekends if needed
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment (but absolutely not required!)
- An eye for detail—you notice if something’s a bit off
