What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing shipping orders with accuracy, making sure every package is secure and clearly labeled
- Measuring, weighing, and filling packages according to customer and shipping specs
- Using packing tools and materials safely (training provided, of course!)
- Organizing prepared packages for dispatch—sometimes with a bit of healthy team competition
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in your work area so everyone goes home as they arrived
- Coordinating with warehouse supervisors and team members—communication is key here
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and flexing when priorities shift ("rush order" days happen!)
