What You’ll Be Doing

  • Launching, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
  • Analyzing ad performance every day—doubling down on what works, tweaking what doesn’t.
  • Working closely with our e-commerce team to align marketing flow with store objectives, product launches, and special campaigns.
  • Preparing clear, actionable reports that go beyond the numbers: what’s clicking (literally) and what changes you recommend next.
  • Staying ahead of the curve by researching new ad formats, testing creative strategies, and suggesting fresh ideas to increase ROAS.
  • Troubleshooting pixel or tracking issues like a digital detective, ensuring that every conversion counts.
  • Championing best practices for audience targeting, retargeting, and budgeting, so nothing slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • A track record of boosting online sales for e-commerce stores through strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Solid skills in data analysis and the confidence to translate insights into practical changes.
  • Comfort with ad dashboards, audience segmentation, and campaign budget management.
  • Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with emerging ad platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Experience using Google Analytics and tracking tools in an e-commerce context.
  • Practical knowledge of creative/copy fundamentals for ad assets.
