What You’ll Be Doing
- Launching, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
- Analyzing ad performance every day—doubling down on what works, tweaking what doesn’t.
- Working closely with our e-commerce team to align marketing flow with store objectives, product launches, and special campaigns.
- Preparing clear, actionable reports that go beyond the numbers: what’s clicking (literally) and what changes you recommend next.
- Staying ahead of the curve by researching new ad formats, testing creative strategies, and suggesting fresh ideas to increase ROAS.
- Troubleshooting pixel or tracking issues like a digital detective, ensuring that every conversion counts.
- Championing best practices for audience targeting, retargeting, and budgeting, so nothing slips through the cracks.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- A track record of boosting online sales for e-commerce stores through strategic marketing campaigns.
- Solid skills in data analysis and the confidence to translate insights into practical changes.
- Comfort with ad dashboards, audience segmentation, and campaign budget management.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with emerging ad platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.).
- Experience using Google Analytics and tracking tools in an e-commerce context.
- Practical knowledge of creative/copy fundamentals for ad assets.
