We're hiring an experienced Painter to join our team in the UAE, working on residential and commercial projects across Dubai. What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare surfaces before painting — filling cracks, sanding, and priming so the finish actually lasts
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and trim
- Mix and match colors to spec, whether it's a client's custom shade or a standard palette
- Work with rollers, brushes, and spray equipment depending on the surface and job
- Keep your workspace clean and safe — drop cloths down, tools tidy, no mess left behind
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades on site so timelines stay on track
- Spot and fix imperfections before anyone else notices them
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid prior experience as a painter — we're not looking for someone to train from scratch
- A strong grasp of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation
- Conversational English and Hindi — you'll be communicating with supervisors and teammates daily
- You're currently in the UAE and ready to start soon
- A reliable, punctual attitude and pride in your work
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with spray painting or specialty finishes
- A valid UAE driving license
