About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it feels like to be part of Dubai’s vibrant logistics scene—right where some of the world’s best-loved perfumes begin their journey? Here’s your chance. We're searching for motivated individuals (no experience necessary!) to join our team as perfume packers and packaging staff at our modern facility in Jebel Ali. Whether you’re ready for a fresh start or keen to discover a new industry, this is an opportunity to step into a hands-on role with plenty of support and room to grow.
About the Company
We’re not your run-of-the-mill packaging warehouse. Our team’s a friendly mosaic of personalities, backgrounds, and languages—each one adding its own spark. From the bustle of our morning team huddle to the satisfying hush when a shipment’s ready to go, you’ll find a place that values reliability, fairness, and a bit of daily fun. We believe in celebrating progress, no matter how small, and lunchtime debates over the best oud scents are definitely not off the table.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carefully packing bottles of perfume and related products, making sure every shipment meets our quality standards.
- Assembling cartons and packaging materials so everything’s ready when orders ramp up.
- Labelling products with accuracy—a keen eye goes a long way.
- Assisting with basic inventory counting and restocking supplies as needed.
- Pitching in wherever needed, especially during busy periods or special projects.
- Keeping your workstation neat and safe (a tidy space is a happy place, after all!).
- Participating in training sessions—we’ll show you all the ropes, step by step.
What You’ll Bring

- Willingness to learn new skills (no experience required—seriously).
- Strong attention to detail and care for quality work.
- Able to stand, lift, and move around as the job requires.
- Team spirit and a positive attitude toward helping others.
- Eligibility to work in the UAE.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic English or Hindi/Urdu speaking skills (makes team communication easier, but not a dealbreaker).
- Experience in packing, warehouse, or similar environments.
- Interest in perfumes or cosmetics.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Fixed monthly salary of AED2500, paid on time, every time.
- Overtime opportunities for those who want to boost their income.
- Paid training—so you start confidently, no matter your background.

- Clean, well-maintained facility in the thriving Jebel Ali zone.
- Coffee breaks and shared lunches make teamwork a reality.
- Easy commute via public transport (plus team carpools for early shifts).
