About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself at the crossroads of scent and strategy? As our next Perfume Sales & Product Development Manager based in lively Al Garhoud, Dubai, you'll do more than move products—you’ll build brands and craft fragrance stories that linger long after the first impression. If you enjoy blending business insight with creative product launches, this opportunity could prove as rewarding as finally finding your signature scent.

About Us

We’re a fast-growing fragrance house with roots in both traditional perfumery and modern innovation. Our team is as diverse as our scent library—think lively brainstorms, candid feedback, and frequent debates over which new blend should headline our next launch. Fridays might mean pop-up challenges, quick coffee runs, or sharing customer love stories (the ones that keep us inspired). Here, it’s about curiosity, hustle, and a genuine pride in what we bring to market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading a dynamic sales team with energy, clarity, and contagious ambition.
  • Developing and continuously refining strategies to grow sales across retail, wholesale, and export channels.
  • Identifying new business opportunities—think “What if…?” and then mapping the route.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams to brainstorm, create, and launch new perfumes.
  • Building (and nurturing) authentic relationships with buyers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Owning the numbers: analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and reporting on performance with insights, not just stats.
  • Staying a step ahead of market trends to keep our product range both relevant and remarkable.
  • Rolling up your sleeves for client meetings, in-store visits, or on-the-ground product feedback.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Demonstrated experience leading sales teams in the fragrance, beauty, or a closely related industry.
  • Hands-on know-how with product development, from ideation through launch.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: you spot opportunities and act with agility.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills—in and out of the boardroom.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai/EU/MENA retail and wholesale landscape.
  • Comfort with data-driven decision making.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Existing relationships in export markets.
  • Innovative ideas around digital sales or social commerce.
  • A flair for creative storytelling or brand-building.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Sometimes the best ideas come from the most unexpected places.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation with uncapped commission potential.
  • Flexible hours and a collaborative, idea-driven environment (in-person at Al Garhoud, but no two days ever look quite the same).
  • Regular team tastings and creative workshops—because we believe inspiration strikes over a sample vial.
  • Open-door policy and true mentorship from senior leaders.
  • Space to create, experiment, and own your successes.
  • Opportunity to shape new products that will genuinely stand out in an ever-crowded market.

You’ll join a team that’s as passionate about growth as about the perfect fragrance profile—and we’re ready for the next big breakthrough to have your signature on it.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

  • What excites you most about shaping fragrance launches at the intersection of tradition and innovation, and how would you bring your own creative twist to our team culture?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis
