About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever felt the satisfaction of making things work—quite literally—right where it matters most? If you’re a skilled Technician specializing in Plumbing & Electrical, there's a spot for you at Mahedoon Contracting LLC. We’re searching for people who enjoy troubleshooting, aren’t afraid of a challenge, and are ready to contribute their expertise to construction projects across the UAE. If you already know your way around the tools and have a UAE driving license in your pocket, you might just be who we’re looking for.

About the Company

Mahedoon Contracting LLC isn’t your average construction company—we place genuine value on craft, collaboration, and earning trust through integrity. Our teams have a knack for coming together (often over a lunch table or a spontaneous site huddle) to solve real-world problems with practical solutions. We’re growing, steadily taking on diverse and ambitious projects across the UAE, and every new joiner helps shape not just the buildings but the culture here. Chances are, you’ll find colleagues quick to lend a hand—and maybe even share a laugh at the end of a long shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical systems on a wide range of construction sites across the UAE
  • Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams with confidence, bringing plans to life
  • Install, test, and maintain piping, fixtures, switches, wiring, and panels, always with a focus on safety and quality
  • Respond promptly to onsite maintenance and emergency repair needs
  • Keep clear records of work performed, materials used, and any site-specific observations
  • Coordinate closely with project supervisors and fellow technicians to meet project timelines
  • Drive between project sites using company vehicles—reliability behind the wheel is just as important as reliability on the tools
  • Double-check your work (and occasionally your teammates’) to maintain high standards and consistent results

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 2–5 years of experience working on plumbing and electrical systems in the UAE construction sector
  • Valid UAE driving license (essential for the role)
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as within a diverse team
  • Physically fit and comfortable with the demands of an active, onsite role
  • Good communication skills—clear, professional, and respectful on every project
  • Problems don’t faze you; in fact, you take pride in solving them

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with both residential and commercial construction environments
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
  • Spoken proficiency in multiple languages (English, Hindi, or Arabic)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary package, reviewed regularly
  • Overtime pay and project-based bonuses—you’re recognized for going the extra mile
  • Company-provided accommodation and transportation for project sites
  • Supportive team atmosphere—you’ll have experienced hands to show you the ropes
  • Opportunities for additional training or upskilling, especially as we grow
  • Focus on safety—your wellbeing is always a top priority
  • Stability and room to develop as part of a reputable, fast-growing contractor

At Mahedoon Contracting LLC, we believe good work is worth celebrating (and yes, birthdays do get cake). If you want your next job to be more than just punching the clock, you might find your place here.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a skilled Technician with 2–5 years’ experience in plumbing and electrical work within the UAE construction sector, you should expect a monthly salary in the range of 2,500–4,000 AED, sometimes higher based on your certifications and language abilities. Similar roles often include benefits such as company accommodation and transport, which can add significant value to your overall package. Given the focus on experience, site work, and a valid UAE driving license, negotiating towards the upper end of the range is reasonable if you bring solid skills and reliability to the table.
