About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be the go-to expert when it comes to navigating government procedures in the UAE? If you enjoy transforming bureaucratic hurdles into smooth processes for others — and you’ve got a knack for accurate, fast typing — this role with Tadbeer Company in Baniyas, Abu Dhabi, might feel like a perfect fit. As our newest Government Typing & Transactions Officer, you'll be the friendly face and steady hand that helps clients and colleagues alike make sense of official paperwork, every single day.

About Tadbeer Company

At Tadbeer, we’re more than just a service centre — we’re problem-solvers, facilitators, and an indispensable support system for our clients across Abu Dhabi and the UAE. You’ll spot us in the middle of busy afternoons, helping families and professionals alike through the ins and outs of official transactions. Our team is collaborative and solution-focused, with Fridays reserved for casual catch-ups and celebrating weekly wins (we think small victories are worth it). Here, personal growth happens alongside company growth, and your ideas always have a place at the table.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing a variety of government forms and applications — visas, IDs, work permits, residency renewals, and more — swiftly and with total precision
  • Taking the lead on data entry for official records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE government standards
  • Guiding clients through step-by-step procedures, translating complex requirements into clear, simple instructions
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest changes in UAE government policies, so you’re always prepared to offer the correct advice
  • Liaising directly with government offices when needed, whether over the phone, email, or occasional in-person visits
  • Troubleshooting challenging cases, strategizing solutions, and sharing your knowledge with newer team members
  • Helping maintain our organized filing and documentation system — because you know a missing stamp can derail the whole process!

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Prior hands-on experience in government typing and handling UAE government transactions (think: Tasheel, Amer, Immigration, Emirates ID, Labour — you get the idea!)
  • Strong computer skills, touch-typing with speed and accuracy
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UAE government departments, relevant portals, and transaction procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right, even under deadline pressure

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience with Tadbeer, Tasheel, or similar UAE business centres
  • Conversational fluency in additional Indian subcontinent languages (Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, etc.)
  • Familiarity with both online and offline transaction systems

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Stable, supportive work environment rooted in trust and teamwork
  • Competitive salary with regular reviews
  • Training and certification support for ongoing professional development
  • Friendly, approachable leaders who truly care about your growth
  • Convenient Baniyas location, close to city transport and amenities
  • Option for flexible scheduling around UAE holidays and busy periods
  • Day-to-day variety — every client and case is a little bit different

At Tadbeer, we know the real value is in our people, not just our paperwork. If you’re ready to help others while building your expertise in a welcoming, fast-paced setting, we’d be thrilled to meet you.
