What You’ll Be Doing
Procurement Officer
- Coordinating the sourcing and purchasing of technical materials and equipment, always seeking the best deals and reliable suppliers
- Building and nurturing vendor relationships — sometimes that means a friendly negotiation, other times just picking up the phone when it matters most
- Tracking orders and deliveries to ensure projects run smoothly, jumping in proactively if anything threatens a tight deadline
- Preparing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with project managers to forecast needs
- Solving the unexpected: from supply chain hiccups to last-minute changes, you’re resourceful and tenacious
Receptionist / Office Lady (Al Mankhool Branch)
- Greeting clients and visitors with genuine warmth — your smile sets the tone for the day
- Handling a busy phone line, managing appointments, and making sure the office calendar actually keeps up with real life
- Keeping the front office tidy and organized (if you love color-coded files or have a knack for remembering birthdays, you’ll fit right in)
- Assisting with basic admin tasks, like sorting mail or helping with photocopying — no job is too small if it helps the team
- Lending a hand during team events, office celebrations, or whenever a little positive energy is needed
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- For Procurement Officer: Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field (bonus points for technical industry know-how)
- For Receptionist: Professional appearance and friendly, approachable manner
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus)
- Basic computer skills — MS Office, email, and a readiness to learn our in-house systems
- A positive, can-do attitude with reliability as your trademark
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with the Dubai supplier landscape
- Previous experience in technical services companies
- For Receptionist: Prior experience as administrator or “office go-to” is a plus
