Introduction
Curious about what it’s like to be at the heart of groundbreaking research in one of Dubai’s most dynamic districts? As a Production Assistant at a respected research institution in Business Bay, you’ll play a vital role in making sure projects run smoothly and ideas come to life. This isn’t just another admin gig — it’s a chance to join a community that values hands-on support and creative problem-solving, all while working in the pulse of a city that never stops innovating. About the Company
Step inside our institution, and you’ll find more than whiteboards and research papers — you’ll meet a team that thrives on curiosity and collaboration. We’re united by a shared drive to push boundaries in our field, whether that means late-night brainstorming sessions or celebrating project milestones over Friday coffees. Our office culture is supportive and professional, but never stuffy; everyone’s voice counts, from interns to senior staff. We’ve grown steadily, but we keep things personal — you’ll know your teammates by name, and you’ll never be just a number here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with the daily operations of our production and research teams — think prepping materials, organizing schedules, and handling logistics.
- Helping coordinate meetings, workshops, and project timelines so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Managing essential admin tasks, like filing, data entry, and keeping our digital records tidy and up-to-date.
- Supporting on-site activities — whether it’s setting up for a seminar or ensuring equipment is in top shape for the next big presentation.
- Communicating with team members and external partners to make sure everyone is on the same page.
- Pitching in wherever needed, whether that’s running an urgent errand or troubleshooting a last-minute hiccup.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong organizational skills and a knack for balancing multiple priorities — you like ticking things off your list.
- Solid written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a bonus, but not required.
- Comfortable with basic office software (Word, Excel, email) and a willingness to learn new tools on the fly.
- A proactive, flexible attitude — you’re the kind of person who spots what needs doing and jumps in.
- Residency in the UAE and availability for a face-to-face interview in Business Bay.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
