About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever build something with your own hands and feel that quiet sense of pride? If you know the satisfaction of turning raw timber into a finished product that stands the test of time, you might be exactly who we’re searching for. We’re on the lookout for skilled, professional Carpenters to join our dynamic crew right in the heart of Dubai Industrial City. If you’re ready for your next challenge and want a steady place to put your craft to work—where your expertise truly matters—this could be a perfect fit.
About the Company
We’re more than just a wood manufacturing company; we’re a team that values craftsmanship and attention to detail above all. Here, each project is a fresh opportunity to push boundaries and deliver quality our clients can see and feel. Our workshop feels alive—bustling with energy, collaborative spirit, and the satisfying hum of machinery. From management to the workshop floor, we take pride in supporting each other, and we genuinely celebrate a job well done (and yes, our barbecue nights tend to get competitive). If you like working with people who see the value in doing things right, you’ll probably feel at home here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Transforming wood materials into high-quality furniture, fixtures, and custom designs to client specification.
- Installing finished carpentry pieces on-site, ensuring every edge fits perfectly and securely.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and material lists—precision isn’t just a word, it’s your way of working.
- Operating woodworking machinery (planers, saws, routers) with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Working closely with other craftsmen and supervisors to solve installation puzzles as they come up.
- Maintaining a responsible and tidy work area—good habits are part of the craft.
- Occasionally training or guiding junior carpenters when a second set of hands is needed.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven hands-on experience in wood manufacturing and carpentry (the more projects you’ve handled, the better).
- Familiarity and comfort operating industrial woodworking machinery.
- Ability to read construction diagrams, blueprints, and follow detailed instructions.
- Eye for detail and an uncompromising approach to craftsmanship and safety.
- Physically able to handle carpentry tools and tasks; you know this isn’t a desk gig.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in the UAE or other Gulf countries.
- Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or Arabic (makes teamwork smoother).
- Familiarity with newer woodworking technologies or CNC machinery.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- On-site accommodation and transportation provided—so you can focus on your work, not your commute.
- Competitive salary that matches your skills, paid on time, every time.
- Consistent projects and opportunities to work on unique installations—not the same old assembly line.
- Supportive team environment where good humor and skill are noticed.
- Potential for growth into supervisory or specialized roles for those who stand out.
We take pride in building things the right way—and supporting our people along the journey. Here, your craft is respected, and your hard work isn’t just seen, it’s genuinely appreciated. Looking forward to building something great together!
