What You’ll Be Doing
- Fabricating steel structures and frames according to detailed technical drawings for large-scale LED display installations
- Operating a variety of tools and machinery, from welding torches to brake presses (safety matters here and you know it)
- Measuring and cutting steel materials with precision—accuracy is your calling card
- Collaborating closely with the installation team to problem-solve and adapt in the moment
- Participating in on-site installations across UAE locations (sometimes it’s an early start, but the payoff is seeing your work up in lights)
- Keeping work areas organized and upholding strict safety standards—your colleagues rely on it
- Troubleshooting fabrication issues and suggesting real-world solutions in team meetings
- Supporting and mentoring newer team members when needed; teamwork is everything
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in steel fabrication and welding
- A valid UAE residence visa
- Comfort navigating both Arabic and English in the workshop and on site
- Demonstrable reliability—you show up, ready and committed, every time
- Age 35 or under
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in the advertising or signage installation industry
- Familiarity with the unique demands of large format or outdoor steel structures
