What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing aluminum frames, curtain walls, windows, and doors with a focus on longevity and precision
- Handling glass panels safely—sometimes it’s a two-person lift, and sometimes a careful solo job
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings on-site to ensure top-notch fit and finish
- Collaborating with site foremen and fellow installers to solve tricky alignment or fitting issues
- Checking your work (and your teammate’s) because a flawless install is what we’re all about
- Maintaining a safe, tidy workstation—it keeps everyone happier and jobs running smoother
- Jumping in to help on urgent project needs—everyone here’s got each other’s back
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years’ proven experience with aluminum and glass installations (including windows, curtain walls, and doors)
- Comfort working at heights and on suspended platforms—safety first, always
- Commitment to teamwork—our best work happens together

- Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, accurate finishes
Nice-to-Haves:
- UAE driving license
- Experience with both residential and commercial projects
- Familiarity with the region’s unique weatherproofing and structural requirements
