What You’ll Be Doing
- Laying bricks and blocks neatly according to project specs and blueprints, making every wall a testament to your skill
- Applying smooth, even coats of plaster to walls, ceilings, and floors—attention to detail makes all the difference
- Handling and preparing sand mixtures for mortar and finishing, ensuring consistency and strength
- Reading blueprints and measuring sites to ensure every line, edge, and corner aligns with client requirements
- Collaborating with site foremen and teammates to overcome daily challenges and keep everything on track
- Maintaining a tidy, safe workspace at all times—because we take as much pride in our process as our final product
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Solid hands-on experience as a bricklayer, plasterer, or sand worker (in Dubai is a plus)
- Proven ability to read construction drawings and take precise measurements
- Dependability and a strong work ethic—you show up, pitch in, and get the job done right
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors, sometimes in Dubai’s signature heat
- Willingness to start immediately and commit to the job’s demands
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous work experience on large-scale contracting projects in the Emirates
- Familiarity with safety protocols and a proactive approach to site safety
