Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Drive company personnel and goods to designated locations in a timely and secure manner, consistently prioritizing safety and comfort.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the assigned vehicle, keeping it clean, well-fueled, and in optimal working condition at all times.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to all UAE traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations, ensuring a zero-violation record.
• Punctuality: Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays, anticipate traffic conditions, and ensure timely arrivals and departures for all scheduled trips.
• Professional Representation: Serve as a courteous and respectful representative of TechEra during all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel receipts as required by company procedures.
• Support Tasks: Assist with basic loading and unloading of goods, and provide logistical support during company events or special assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License: Essential for eligibility and required for the role.
• Driving Experience: Proven track record as a professional driver in the UAE or similar environment; familiarity with Dubai roads is highly desirable.
• Clean Driving Record: No history of major traffic violations or accidents.
• Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow instructions clearly in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Professional Attitude: Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, and an exemplary sense of responsibility.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of handling extended periods of driving and occasional lifting or moving of items.
• Attention to Detail: Maintains vehicles to the highest standards and observes all safety protocols rigorously.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required by operational needs.
