What You’ll Be Doing
For Project Manager (Architect):
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from client kick-off meetings through to completion, ensuring strict compliance with Dubai Building Code (DBC)
- Lead interdisciplinary teams—including engineers and sustainability consultants—towards innovative, cost-effective solutions
- Review and validate architectural designs and technical drawings, always with an eye for sustainability in both materials and methods
- Liaise confidently with Dubai Municipality and Ajman authorities, handling approvals and presenting proposals with clarity and conviction
- Anticipate project risks (technical, regulatory, or sustainability-related) and strategize mitigations before they become roadblocks
For Civil and MEP Engineers:
- Develop and refine sustainable infrastructure and systems for green buildings—think energy-efficient HVAC, water recycling, and resource-optimized structural design
- Collaborate closely with architects and project managers to translate design concepts into practical, compliant engineering solutions
- Drive the preparation, review, and optimization of engineering drawings and specifications with a focus on green materials and technologies
- Stay ahead of industry standards—especially in energy modeling and sustainable certifications—and bring those insights to every phase of the project
- Provide mentorship and share best practices with junior team members (we’re big on collaborative growth)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Project Manager: 5-10 years of proven experience in UAE consultancy, with deep familiarity with the Dubai Building Code (DBC), local building regulations, and sustainability best practices
- Civil/MEP Engineers: Relevant degree, minimum 3-5 years UAE-based consultancy experience focusing on sustainable design or LEED/Estidama compliance
- Mastery of technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, energy modeling tools) and reporting standards for your discipline
- Strong communication skills—you can explain technical nuances to non-experts and lead diverse project teams
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset—comfortable juggling priorities and adapting to evolving project needs
Nice-to-Haves
- Certification in sustainability (LEED AP, Estidama PQP, or similar)
- Experience coordinating directly with UAE authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Ajman Free Zone)
- Motivation to keep learning—be it new building codes, project delivery methods, or tech trends
