What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing marble project lifecycles, from early pre-concept through final handover.
- Coordinating with architects, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure smooth project flow.
- Monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality control — you’ll be the point person for “Is this on track?”
- Conducting on-site visits to troubleshoot issues and motivate teams.
- Keeping clients informed and comfortable, offering solutions when roadblocks pop up.
- Ensuring all work adheres to company standards and UAE regulations.
- Preparing and submitting progress reports and documentation as needed.
- Managing submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals — no detail too small.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- Previous project management experience in marble works.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written).
- UAE driving license and comfort with regular site travel.
