What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio—think everything from maintenance requests to lease renewals.
- Liaising directly with tenants, owners, and vendors to resolve issues and foster positive relationships.
- Preparing rental invoices, payment follow-ups, and financial reports with an eagle eye for accuracy.
- Ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi and Sharjah’s ever-evolving municipal regulations and company standards.
- Utilizing CRM tools and Excel spreadsheets to keep records neat, updated, and easily accessible.
- Conducting site visits and property inspections—your UAE driver’s license will get plenty of use.
- Offering practical input to improve workflow and service quality; we welcome problem solvers and process-tweakers.
- Supporting marketing and leasing efforts in collaboration with teammates when needed.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 2–3 years of hands-on property management or relevant real estate experience.
- Solid understanding of Abu Dhabi and Sharjah municipal financial procedures and regulations.
- High proficiency with Excel and CRM systems.
- Bilingual fluency: confident in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills and clear, professional communication.
- A valid UAE driver’s license.
Nice-to-Haves:
