What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the primary liaison with UAE government authorities to process visas, labor cards, and company licenses
  • Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documentation for various government applications (think: immigration, labor, municipality, DED, and more)
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in UAE regulations and ensure all company practices comply with local laws
  • Support employees and clients with queries on government procedures, offering clear and accurate guidance
  • Coordinate renewals of permits and licenses, catching deadlines before they become problems
  • Organize and maintain confidential records related to PRO activities (accuracy is your superpower)
  • Build and nurture relationships with external agencies and government departments to streamline processes
  • Proactively identify potential compliance gaps and suggest improvements to company procedures
