About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever see the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps a construction project humming along? As our new Purchaser, you’ll be right at the heart of it all—sourcing essential materials, striking great deals, and making sure every piece arrives on time. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and love being the person everyone counts on when it matters most, this might just be your next calling. Our need is immediate, so you’ll hit the ground running and truly make an impact from day one.

About the Company

We’re not just another player in the construction field—think of us as a close-knit crew that treats teamwork as more than just a buzzword. While we’re growing quickly, we still gather for spirited conversations over coffee and keep the atmosphere supportive, not corporate. Whether you’re brainstorming with a project manager or swapping tips with a site supervisor, you’ll notice everyone rolls up their sleeves together. We’re proud of the projects we build, but even prouder of the camaraderie that gets us there—Friday demo days and all.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sourcing construction materials and equipment, ensuring quality and budget targets are always met
  • Requesting and evaluating competitive quotations, so our team never misses out on the best deals
  • Building relationships with vendors and negotiating terms that work for both sides
  • Managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Staying on top of inventory needs and communicating proactively with site and project managers
  • Keeping procurement documentation organized and up-to-date—no paperwork panic here
  • Keeping your ear to the ground for new suppliers and innovative products
  • Troubleshooting supply issues, sometimes with a creative solution or two when things go sideways

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Hands-on experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations
    • Strong negotiation chops and a talent for building vendor relationships
    • Track record of sourcing materials and securing competitive prices
    • Confident with Microsoft Office suite and procurement documentation
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities under deadlines
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Knowledge of construction materials and supplier networks
    • Previous experience in the construction or building materials sector

Not sure you check every single box? We’d still love to hear from you—sometimes the best team members are the ones who surprise us.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation and room for advancement as we grow
  • Supportive, team-first culture—new ideas and initiative welcomed
  • Flexible approach: mix of on-site visits and office-based work
  • Genuine work-life balance (we know life doesn’t stop for purchase orders)
  • Training and development opportunities—we help you grow into your next role
  • Regular company gatherings and the kind of coffee you actually want to drink

Joining our team means more than ticking off daily tasks—you’ll be part of something bigger, with people who care about the work and about each other. If you’re ready for a role where your skills truly matter, let’s talk.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

You should expect a salary of at least 6,000 to 8,000 AED per month for a Purchaser role in the UAE construction sector, especially if you have hands-on procurement experience and solid negotiation skills. Roles at this level often provide additional benefits, and candidates familiar with construction materials or vendor networks can sometimes command salaries at the higher end of this range.
