About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered how some of Dubai’s most iconic buildings manage to stand the test of time — and the occasional sandstorm? As a QA/QC Engineer (Civil) with our team, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring that our projects are not only impressive, but also built to last. If you’re passionate about construction quality and thrive in fast-paced, detail-driven environments, this is your opportunity to make your mark in the UAE’s bustling building landscape.

About the Company

Based right in the heart of Al Garhoud, our company is a longstanding player in the UAE construction industry. We’re known not only for delivering standout commercial and residential structures, but also for our warm team culture — you’ll always find someone willing to lend a hand or share insights from their own project war stories. We balance our commitment to rigorous standards with a collaborative approach, and yes, we take the occasional break for strong coffee and banter during our Friday team recaps.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure all work meets established quality standards and project specifications
  • Reviewing construction materials, verifying compliance with both UAE regulations and specific project requirements
  • Coordinating with engineering and site teams to solve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Preparing and documenting thorough inspection and test plans, as well as quality reports for stakeholders
  • Participating in regular site audits, and leading toolbox talks related to quality standards and safe practices
  • Keeping a watchful eye on testing procedures and third-party laboratory results to verify materials and workmanship
  • Staying on top of evolving UAE construction regulations — ensuring our projects remain compliant and ahead of the curve

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (a UAE-accredited qualification is a plus)
  • 2–3 years hands-on experience in civil engineering QA/QC functions within the UAE construction sector
  • Solid knowledge of local construction quality standards, materials, and testing processes
  • Familiarity with UAE code, regulatory environments, and industry best practices
  • Strong communication skills — you’ll be interfacing across teams and with external inspectors
  • Attention to detail, with a problem-solving mindset

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with major UAE construction projects or multinational contractors
  • Certifications in quality management or health and safety (like ISO 9001 or NEBOSH)
  • Working knowledge of project management software or digital inspection tools
  • Arabic language skills

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation tailored to your experience in the UAE market
  • Supportive team culture where mentoring and on-the-job learning are part of the daily routine
  • Opportunities for career growth — as our projects grow, so will your role
  • Modern office environment in Al Garhoud, within easy reach of public transport
  • Regular team activities (think site walks, lunches, and yes, the occasional quiz to keep us sharp)
  • Balanced work-life approach — we respect time off and personal well-being

You’ll be joining a team where your attention to detail truly makes a difference. Here, your voice is heard, your expertise valued, and your work recognized. If you’re ready to help us build success — one carefully inspected concrete pour at a time — we can’t wait to meet you.
