About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be at the bustling center of a thriving real estate business? As our new Real Estate Administrator right here in Sharjah, you’ll be the linchpin that keeps our properties, tenants, and operations seamlessly running. If you’re energized by organized chaos, love supporting people, and know your way around the ins and outs of real estate, this could be your next great move.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit team of real estate professionals with big ambitions and even bigger camaraderie. Our office feels more like a collaborative studio than a corporate tower — it’s the kind of place where team lunches are spontaneous and everyone’s input matters. While we’re proud of our steady growth in the Sharjah property market, we’re even prouder of how we look out for each other and our clients. Transparent communication, mutual respect, and the occasional “best building playlist” showdown are all part of the company DNA.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take charge of property leasing activities, including posting listings, scheduling showings, and preparing lease agreements.
- Negotiate lease renewals directly with tenants — find those win-win solutions everyone appreciates.
- Be the main point of contact between tenants and management, building strong, respectful relationships.
- Coordinate and supervise building maintenance; follow up with vendors and service providers to make sure repairs get done promptly (and properly).
- Keep precise records of leases, renewals, communications, and maintenance activities — because details matter.
- Occasionally jump in to support special projects, from property upgrades to new tenant welcome kits.
- Bring fresh ideas for improving how we manage our buildings and enhance the tenant experience.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven hands-on experience in a real estate administration or property management role (Sharjah/UAE experience is a major plus!).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills — you can find common ground and diffuse tough situations.
- Organizational wizardry: juggling schedules, deadlines, and paperwork is your happy place.
- Comfortable with property management systems and standard office tech (think: spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp groups).
- Friendly, positive vibe — people naturally come to you for help or advice.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Prior experience overseeing building maintenance or working directly with facilities vendors.
- UAE driving license (makes site visits a breeze).
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Supportive, down-to-earth team — you’ll never feel like just another cog in the wheel.
- Flexible approach to time off and the occasional work-from-home day.
- Opportunity to take real ownership over your work and grow as our company grows.
- Central Sharjah location, with easy access to cafes, public transport, and your favorite food spot for lunch.
- We celebrate wins together — from team dinners to the occasional mid-week treat.
We know how much difference the right administrator makes. If you want a place where your attention to detail and people skills will be truly valued, you’ll feel right at home here.
