What You’ll Be Doing

  • Guiding clients through the entire sales and rental process, from property viewings to negotiations and closing.
  • Actively prospecting and building a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and smart lead-generation tactics.
  • Staying on top of market trends and inventory so you can offer clients expert advice and market insights.
  • Maintaining thorough, accurate records of all client interactions and property listings.
  • Collaborating with fellow agents and support staff to ensure every client enjoys a seamless experience.
  • Attending company meetings, training sessions, and regular brainstorming chats to stay sharp and inspired.
  • Handling paperwork (offers, contracts, agreements) with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Representing the company’s brand and values out there in the field — whether at showings or industry events.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or broker, with a track record of successful deals.
  • Fluent spoken and written English — you communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license (mobility matters!).
  • Valid UAE residency visa.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) for a multicultural edge.
  • A knack for using tech tools (CRMs, property portals, messaging apps) to streamline your workflow.
  • Deep familiarity with Ajman’s neighborhoods and property types.
