What You’ll Be Doing
- Guiding clients through the entire sales and rental process, from property viewings to negotiations and closing.
- Actively prospecting and building a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and smart lead-generation tactics.
- Staying on top of market trends and inventory so you can offer clients expert advice and market insights.
- Maintaining thorough, accurate records of all client interactions and property listings.
- Collaborating with fellow agents and support staff to ensure every client enjoys a seamless experience.
- Attending company meetings, training sessions, and regular brainstorming chats to stay sharp and inspired.
- Handling paperwork (offers, contracts, agreements) with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Representing the company’s brand and values out there in the field — whether at showings or industry events.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or broker, with a track record of successful deals.
- Fluent spoken and written English — you communicate clearly and confidently.
- Valid UAE driver’s license (mobility matters!).
- Valid UAE residency visa.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) for a multicultural edge.
- A knack for using tech tools (CRMs, property portals, messaging apps) to streamline your workflow.
