About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever considered what it’s like to keep a real estate portfolio running smoothly in one of the fastest-growing emirates? At Ali Bin Zaal Real Estate, we’re looking for a Property Management Employee who can do just that — balancing administrative know-how, on-the-ground tenant relationships, and a good dose of Ajman’s signature energy. If you like the idea of mixing office work with site visits and problem-solving (sometimes all before noon), this might be the role for you.
About the Company
Ali Bin Zaal Real Estate isn’t your run-of-the-mill property agency. We’re a close-knit team with deep roots in the Ajman community and a genuine passion for helping people find the right spaces — whether it’s a family home or an up-and-coming storefront. There’s a certain pride here in knowing every building, knowing our tenants by name, and stepping up when issues need fixing. Fridays often mean shared tea and updates from everyone’s week — it’s important for us that everyone feels part of the story we’re building.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day property operations, from lease renewals to maintenance requests.
- Responding promptly (and kindly) to tenant inquiries and concerns, keeping satisfaction high.
- Coordinating repairs, cleaning, and other services — ensuring properties remain in top shape.
- Conducting regular site visits across Ajman to check in on properties and meet with tenants.
- Managing property documentation and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Following up on rental payments, lease agreements, and related paperwork.
- Lending a hand during tenant move-ins and move-outs, making sure the process feels smooth.
- Communicating with contractors, suppliers, and other third parties as needed.
- Bringing new ideas to streamline and improve property management processes.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 2 years of direct property management experience within the UAE market.
- Valid UAE driving license (you’ll be on the move around Ajman).
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Well-honed organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines.
- Confidence when dealing with tenants and third-party vendors.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience with commercial properties or mixed-use developments.
- Familiarity with Ajman neighborhoods and local regulations.
- Proficiency in common property management tools or software.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary (2,500 AED as a starting point, plus commissions by agreement)
- Work in a dynamic, growing city with real community impact.
- Regular opportunities for on-the-job learning and professional growth.
- Small, supportive team where your input genuinely shapes how we work.
- Flexible approach to problem-solving and autonomy in your day-to-day.
- Chance to build lasting relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
At Ali Bin Zaal Real Estate, you’re not just another name on the payroll — you’re joining a family that invests in people, properties, and a better Ajman. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference, let’s talk.
