What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors — both in person and over the phone
- Tour clients through properties, tailoring each tour to their unique needs and goals
- Stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and property listings along Ajman Corniche (we’ll keep you in the loop, promise)
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to showcase hot properties
- Follow up promptly with leads (your quick thinking could make the difference!)
- Negotiate deals that make clients — and you — smile at the closing table
- Attend regular team meetings to share updates, strategies, and a laugh or two
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Prior experience in real estate sales (Ajman or wider UAE experience is a bonus)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills — you know how to read a room

- Willingness to work full-time from our Ajman Corniche office
