What You’ll Be Doing

  • Connecting with potential buyers, renters, and property owners (think daily calls, messages, and walkthroughs—you’ll never be bored)
  • Using our paid real estate portals and up-to-date database to identify and match clients to great properties
  • Creating your own buzz by promoting listings and sharing updates on all major real estate platforms (advertising fully covered by us!)
  • Guiding clients through the viewing, negotiation, and closing processes smoothly and professionally
  • Staying plugged into Ajman’s evolving property market so you can spot trends and new opportunities
  • Growing your own client portfolio by delivering great service—happy clients are your best ambassadors

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Aged 35 or under with a passion for people and sales
  • Valid residency in the UAE (eligible for visa transfer)
  • Willingness to work hard, learn fast, and put the client first
  • Comfort navigating smartphones, messaging apps, and the basics of internet research
  • Friendly, respectful communication—whether it’s on the phone, WhatsApp, or in person

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (but not required—we’ll show you the ropes)
  • Fluency in English and/or Arabic for smoother client conversations
  • Familiarity with Ajman neighborhoods or property market dynamics
