About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Turn Ajman’s Skyline Into Your Success Story

Ever pictured yourself matching people with their perfect home while the Corniche breeze rolls in? We’re a growing real estate team based right in the heart of Al Nakheel, Ajman Corniche, and we’re looking for young, driven individuals to join us as Real Estate Agents. This isn’t your typical “sit and wait for leads” gig — we hand you the tools, the database, and the ad budget, and you bring the energy. If you’ve been looking for a role where your effort directly translates into your income, this might be the one.

Who We Are

We’re a close-knit real estate company that believes in growing people, not just portfolios. Our office sits minutes from the water, and honestly, the location does half the selling for us. But what really sets us apart is how we work: no corporate stiffness, no drowning in red tape. New agents get real mentoring, and everyone shares wins — because a closed deal for one is a lesson for all. We’re at that exciting stage where the team is expanding fast, and early joiners grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Connect with buyers, sellers, and tenants across Ajman and the wider UAE market — many of your leads come straight from our active listings.
  • Follow up on inquiries generated through our fully funded campaigns on major real estate portals (yes, we pay for all of it).
  • Schedule and host property viewings — from studio apartments to family villas — and guide clients through every step.
  • Negotiate deals confidently and keep paperwork moving smoothly alongside our support team.
  • Tap into our existing database to revive old leads and build your own book of business over time.
  • Keep your listings and client notes updated so nothing slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Age 35 or under — we’re building a young, high-energy team.
  • A valid residence permit (this also opens the door to company loans when you need them).
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a big plus with our diverse clientele.
  • A hunger to learn real estate sales — no prior experience? We’ll train the right attitude.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience of any kind.
  • Familiarity with Ajman or Northern Emirates neighborhoods.
  • A UAE driving license (helpful, though not a dealbreaker).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you — drive and willingness to learn often beat a perfect resume.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Free housing at the company’s expense — yes, you read that right. One less thing to worry about.
  • Etisalat phone line and internet provided, so you’re always reachable and never out of pocket.
  • Full funding for advertising on all major real estate websites — your listings get seen without you spending a dirham.
  • A ready-made database to work from, so you’re not starting from zero.
  • Loans available for employees with a valid residence permit.
  • Commission plus salary structure, with real potential for increases based on your performance.
  • A supportive team culture where questions are welcome and wins are celebrated together.

We keep things simple: you put in the effort, we give you the platform, the tools, and the backing to succeed. If that sounds like the kind of start you’ve been waiting for, send your CV to the same number — we’re reviewing applications as they come in.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Walk me through how you'd handle a lead that comes in from one of our portal listings but goes cold after the first call. What does your follow-up look like over the next two weeks?
  • A client wants a two-bedroom near the Corniche but their budget only stretches to something in a quieter part of Ajman. How do you keep them interested without overselling?
  • Tell me about a time you had to learn something completely new — a product, a system, a process — and got up to speed fast. How did you go about it?
  • How would you approach reviving old leads in our database? What would you say in that first message to someone who enquired months ago and never replied?
  • Describe a situation where a customer or client was unhappy with you. What happened, and what did you do about it?
  • If a buyer and a seller are close on price but neither will budge, how do you move the conversation forward? Give me an example of how you've handled a standoff before.
  • This role means a lot of time on the phone and out on viewings, sometimes in the evening or on weekends. How do you keep your energy and organisation steady across a long week?
  • What draws you to real estate sales specifically, rather than, say, retail or telesales? Be honest — what do you think the hard parts will be?
  • You're new and a more experienced colleague closes a deal you'd been working on. How do you react, and what do you take from it?
  • Tell me about a goal you set for yourself that took real persistence to hit. What kept you going when progress stalled?
  • How comfortable are you working with clients from very different backgrounds — different languages, expectations, and ways of negotiating? Can you give an example?
  • Why Ajman, and why this team? What made you reply to this particular advert rather than the dozens of others out there?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For an entry-level real estate agent role like this in Ajman, you should expect a base salary of around 3,000 to 5,000 AED per month, plus commission on closed deals. Similar sales roles in the Northern Emirates often offer a modest base with commission structures that can push total earnings to 8,000–15,000 AED or more for agents who perform well. Since this position includes free housing, a phone line, and funded advertising, the overall package adds real value, so don't underestimate the non-cash benefits when weighing an offer.
