Salary: Negotiable

Category: Sales-And-Marketing | Job Id: 8368

About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be right at the heart of the city’s next big property move? As a Real Estate Broker, you won’t just be matching people with spaces — you’ll be an advisor, connector, and closer, making an impact on both homes and businesses. If you thrive on building relationships, have a sharp sales instinct, and love the rhythm of the real estate world, this might just be the moment you’ve been searching for.

About the Company

We’re a close-knit team that believes every successful deal starts with trust and a deep understanding of our clients’ dreams — whether it’s finding their first family apartment or expanding a growing business. Here, collaboration outweighs competition, and no one is just a number. Our team meetings are lively, our client celebrations are heartfelt, and integrity is the thread holding it all together. Growth? Absolutely. We’re scaling up, but not at the expense of culture; Friday “deal stories” and mentoring lunches are as important as the numbers we put on the board.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Connecting with prospective buyers, tenants, and property owners to identify their goals and needs — think detective, adviser, and advocate all in one.
  • Marketing both residential and commercial properties with fresh strategies (creative listings, clever staging…or even the occasional social media spotlight).
  • Organizing and leading on-site tours for available units, providing thoughtful guidance and a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door.
  • Managing the full leasing or sales process — from negotiations and contracts to official paperwork and diligent follow-up after the handshake.
  • Consistently working towards — and celebrating — monthly sales targets, with team support and high-fives all around.
  • Staying up to date with market trends to advise clients and spot opportunities before the competition does.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a broker in residential or commercial real estate (if you’ve done both, even better!).
  • A knack for clear, genuine communication — you listen as well as you speak.
  • A track record of meeting (even exceeding) sales targets and maintaining happy clients.
  • Strong organizational skills; paperwork and timelines don’t scare you, and details never slip through the cracks.
  • Drive, stamina, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude — the usual ups and downs of real estate are just part of the adventure.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive commission structure with transparent incentives.
  • Flexible schedule with the option for some remote work — manage your day, not just your desk.
  • Supportive, fun team vibe: your wins are celebrated, and help is always a phone call or coffee away.
  • Ongoing professional development (in-house coaching, market briefings, and even a few learning lunches).
  • Modern office, prime location, and a few little perks (snacks, birthday surprises, and the occasional team event that’s genuinely fun).

We believe that doing great work is about more than just numbers — it’s about building relationships, growing together, and loving the journey along the way.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Can you describe a time when you successfully matched a client with a property that didn’t initially seem like an obvious fit? How did you uncover their true needs?
  • What specific strategies have you found most effective for marketing residential versus commercial properties, and how do you adjust your approach for each?
  • Walk me through how you organize and lead a property tour for a prospective client. What’s your process for ensuring a welcoming and informative experience?
  • Tell us about a negotiation you handled that required extra creativity or diplomacy to secure a deal. What was your approach, and what was the outcome?
  • How do you stay informed of local market trends, and how do you use this information to add value for your clients?
  • Paperwork can be daunting in real estate. How do you manage documentation and deadlines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks?
  • Share an example of a time you exceeded sales targets or turned around a challenging quarter. What factors contributed to your success?
  • The real estate market can be unpredictable. How do you handle setbacks or deals that fall through?
  • Working here means celebrating each other’s wins and learning from our losses. Can you share a moment when you supported a colleague or contributed to team success?
  • Our team emphasizes trust and genuine connections with clients. How do you build and maintain long-term client relationships, even after a deal closes?
  • How do you balance the drive to hit sales numbers with upholding the integrity and trust our culture values?
  • Describe a stressful situation involving tight deadlines or multiple competing priorities. How did you keep organized and maintain positivity?
  • In your view, what makes mentorship important in a brokerage setting, and how have you benefitted from or contributed to team learning?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

You should expect a salary of at least 5,000–8,000 AED per month as a base for a Real Estate Broker with around three years’ experience in Dubai, with strong potential to earn significantly more through commissions on closed deals. Similar roles in leading agencies typically offer a moderate basic salary combined with a competitive commission structure, so actual monthly earnings can vary widely depending on your sales performance. Don’t hesitate to negotiate for transparent incentive schemes, as your total compensation in real estate will often be driven by results.
