About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to build a thriving real estate career right in the heart of Sharjah’s buzzing Muwailih Commercial Area? We’re on the lookout for a skilled Real Estate Broker who’s ready to make a mark, help clients find their dream investments, and grow with a boutique team that values initiative and local expertise. If you’ve got an instinct for closing deals and a real sense for the Sharjah, Dubai, and Ajman property markets, this might just be your next big move.

About the Company

Nestled in the dynamic hub of Sharjah, our office isn’t just another brokerage—think of us as trusted guides for clients navigating the ever-changing world of UAE real estate. We’re a close-knit team that values transparency, hustle, and a little bit of humor to keep things light during high-pressure deal days. Our office is a place where professional growth and personal connections both matter—and yes, our notorious tea breaks sometimes stretch a little longer when a good story is being shared.

We’ve built a reputation for putting people first, whether it’s about finding the perfect apartment for a young family or securing a lucrative investment for a seasoned buyer. Our team thrives on collaboration, local knowledge, and celebrating wins together.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building lasting relationships with clients—helping them buy, sell, or lease residential and commercial properties across Sharjah, Dubai, and Ajman.
  • Coordinating property viewings, negotiating offers, and guiding clients smoothly through every step of the process.
  • Staying on top of local real estate trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations to keep clients informed (and coming back for more).
  • Collaborating with our close team for brainstorming, deal-sharing, and keeping leads moving.
  • Preparing market analyses and property presentations that actually connect—not just tick a box.
  • Handling the admin bits: property listings, paperwork, follow-ups … all the details that keep deals moving forward.
  • Contributing your ideas to office meetings (our best growth strategies started as coffee-break comments).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Valid UAE residence visa (transferable)
  • Experience in real estate brokerage within Sharjah, Dubai, and/or Ajman
  • Excellent verbal and written English—clear, persuasive, and personable
  • Confident sales skills and a knack for building trust quickly
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Nice-to-Haves

  • UAE driving license (makes life a lot easier, but not strictly essential)
  • Knowledge of Arabic (always welcomed, especially for local clients)
  • A working knowledge of real estate software or CRM tools

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive commission structure—your success is directly rewarded
  • Flexible work environment: our team values results, not micromanaging
  • Supportive colleagues who share market tips and swap stories (no lone wolves here)
  • Opportunity to grow—this isn’t a corporate giant, so your impact is visible
  • Regular training sessions and market updates to sharpen your edge
  • Friendly workspace in Muwailih Commercial Area, close to top developments and essential amenities
  • Occasional team outings, informal late lunches, and an approachable management style

If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-first setting and want to see your skills recognized and rewarded, you’ll feel right at home with us. Every property is different, and every day brings something new—are you ready to join the journey?

Common Interview Questions and Tips

  • Our team values proactive contributions in meetings and brainstorming sessions—can you share an idea you offered in a previous role that made an impact?
  • Describe how you prioritize your daily tasks, especially when handling multiple listings, follow-ups, and paperwork at once.
  • In a fast-paced environment where things can change rapidly, how do you keep yourself—and your clients—organized and up to date?
  • How do you keep a positive team atmosphere going, especially during high-pressure days or when deals don’t go as planned?
  • Our office culture blends transparency with a good sense of humor. How do you personally help foster a friendly, collaborative work environment?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a Real Estate Broker position in Sharjah’s Muwailih Commercial Area, you should expect a basic monthly salary ranging from 4,000 to 7,000 AED, depending on your experience, with most compensation heavily commission-based. Similar roles in the UAE often feature a lower base salary combined with attractive commission packages, allowing skilled brokers to significantly boost their monthly earnings based on performance. If you have strong market knowledge and a solid sales track record, don’t hesitate to negotiate for a package that reflects both your expertise and potential to generate business.
