About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever pictured yourself at the heart of a busy manufacturing hub, surrounded by creativity and driven people who know how to turn a simple idea into a beautifully wrapped reality? As an Inside Sales Representative with us, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting customers to the perfect packaging solutions—from specialty gift boxes for holidays to custom corporate packaging that makes a memorable impression. This is a unique opportunity in Sharjah’s booming industrial scene, blending stable in-office work with the occasional outdoor meeting (when the deal needs your personal touch!).
About the Company
We’re not your average manufacturing outfit. At our workshop in Sharjah Industrial Area 17, every day brings new colors, textures, and stories waiting to be packaged for customers across the UAE. Our team is a tight-knit bunch—quick to celebrate each other’s wins and share a laugh over coffee (yes, the kettle’s always on). Growth is in our DNA, and we’re proud of our hands-on approach—whether we’re testing out new materials or brainstorming the next bold design. If you enjoy lively teamwork and aren’t afraid to get hands-on with the product, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with walk-in and phone clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored gift packaging solutions
- Prepare quotes and sales proposals that feel less like templates and more like thoughtful suggestions
- Liaise daily with production to ensure orders are on track and customer expectations are met—or exceeded
- Track your leads and orders with diligence, using our simple CRM to ensure no follow-up falls through the cracks
- Occasionally hit the road for client meetings or delivery checks—especially when a personal touch can seal the deal
- Stay up-to-date on new products and designs, so you’re always ready to suggest that next best-seller
- Bring fresh ideas forward on how to improve customer experience and streamline the sales process

- Right to work in the UAE and willingness to be based in Sharjah daily
Nice-to-Haves:
- Valid UAE driving license (so you can make the most of car and fuel perks!)
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages like Arabic or Hindi are a plus
- Some knowledge of packaging, printing, or manufacturing industries
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- AED 2,000 basic monthly salary—plus uncapped commission based on your results
- Car and fuel allowance if you use your own vehicle for work visits
- Friendly, supportive team where collaboration actually means something
- Flexible “outdoor” opportunities when needed—not just a desk job, unless you want it to be
- Career growth: prove yourself, and there’s plenty of scope for additional responsibility (and rewards!)
- Regular team lunches and spontaneous celebrations when targets are met
We believe rewarding work doesn’t have to come at the cost of a healthy work-life balance or a supportive team spirit. If you’re ready to help us deliver joy—one box at a time—we can’t wait to meet you.
