About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself scanning a property listing and thinking, “I could do this better”? If you’ve got an eye for detail, a knack for real estate platforms, and pride yourself on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, Duzoy Real Estate is looking for you. Our growing team in Dubai is on the hunt for a Listing Admin who loves the fast-paced world of real estate — and understands the ins and outs that make every property shine online.

About Duzoy Real Estate

We’re not your typical brokerage. Duzoy is young but ambitious, built by a group of property enthusiasts who believe in doing things the right way (with a dash of style). Our mornings start with a quick team huddle (and probably coffee), swapping market tips and the latest community news. Fridays? You’ll catch us sharing successes over bagels and brainstorming new ways to help clients feel at home. We value transparency, teamwork, and always keeping our listings top-notch—because in Dubai’s bustling market, standing out is everything.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing, uploading, and updating property listings on platforms like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle — accuracy matters!
  • Coordinating property photographs, descriptions, and feature highlights to ensure each listing captures what makes it unique.
  • Staying on top of Trakheesi permits and Dubai’s property advertisement regulations — no surprises for our clients or our team.
  • Troubleshooting listing issues: outdated photos, pricing corrections, or any hiccups with online visibility.
  • Liaising with agents to gather the latest property details and make sure everything is 100% right before it goes live.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align online listings with company campaigns and market trends.
  • Tracking and reporting listing performance — because we love knowing what works (and what needs a tweak).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Solid experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle listing management. You know your way around their dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of Trakheesi permit systems and a solid grasp of local advertising rules.
  • A sharp eye for detail, strong organizational chops, and the ability to juggle multiple listings at once.
  • Proactive communication — you reach out before anyone needs to chase you down.
  • Comfortable with basic photo editing and content management tools.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous Listing Admin or marketing experience in Dubai real estate.
  • A bit of creative flair — you enjoy making listings stand out.
  • Familiarity with CRM software used in real estate.
  • Written fluency in English; any additional languages are a bonus.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Friendly, close-knit team—no faceless bureaucracy.
  • Central Dubai location with a relaxed, upbeat office vibe.
  • Flexible approach when needed: occasional remote days are possible.
  • We share knowledge, celebrate wins, and learn from every listing.
  • Opportunities to grow with a company that’s scaling steadily.
  • Friday team breakfasts and regular social get-togethers—because we know real estate is about connecting both inside and outside the office.

If you’re looking for a place to make your mark, bring your love of real estate (and spreadsheets), and help us raise the bar for listing quality in Dubai, you might just be our next Listing Admin.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Can you walk me through your process for uploading and managing listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle? What’s your checklist before a listing goes live?
  • Tell us about a time you had to resolve an issue with a property listing’s online visibility or incorrect information. How did you troubleshoot and what was the outcome?
  • How familiar are you with the Trakheesi permit system and Dubai’s property advertising regulations? Can you share an experience where staying compliant made a difference?
  • What steps do you take to ensure property details, photos, and feature highlights are accurate, engaging, and compliant with platform requirements?
  • How do you typically coordinate with agents and the marketing team to gather essential property details and align listings with current campaigns?
  • Are you comfortable using basic photo editing and content management tools? Can you give an example of when your technical skills helped enhance a listing?
  • Describe a time you had to manage multiple urgent listings simultaneously. How did you keep everything organized and accurate without missing key deadlines?
  • Let’s say an agent sends you last-minute updates right before a key listing goes live. How would you handle this situation, especially under time pressure?
  • How do you measure whether a property listing is performing well, and what tools or metrics do you rely on to report and suggest improvements?
  • In our team, proactive communication is valued. Can you give an example of how you’ve actively kept colleagues or clients up to date, preventing misunderstandings?
  • What motivates you to maintain high standards of accuracy and presentation in a fast-moving real estate environment?
  • Duzoy’s culture is all about collaboration and learning from each listing. How have you contributed to team knowledge-sharing or supported colleagues in your previous roles?
  • When you’re under pressure or facing repetitive tasks, what strategies help you stay focused and positive?
  • Our Fridays are about celebrating wins and brainstorming together. What do you look for in a team culture, and how do you like to contribute to a positive work environment

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a Listing Admin role in Dubai’s real estate sector, you should expect a monthly salary in the range of 5,000–7,000 AED, depending on your experience with local property portals and listing management. Similar positions that require hands-on knowledge of platforms like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle, along with strong admin and compliance skills, typically fall within this bracket. If you bring additional skills such as CRM experience or previous real estate admin work, you might be able to negotiate towards the higher end of this range.
