About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be part of a team shaping Ajman’s dynamic skyline? At Al Arooba Real Estate, we’re looking for charismatic and driven Sales and Leasing Staff to be the heartbeat of our client service. If you’re passionate about real estate, thrive in diverse environments, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people, this is the opportunity that puts you right at the center of Ajman’s bustling property market.
About the Company
Al Arooba Real Estate isn’t just another name on Ajman Corniche — we’re a team deeply embedded in the community, with roots that go back to the early days of Ajman’s urban transformation. Our office buzzes with purposeful energy: team huddles to celebrate the latest win, impromptu discussions about emerging neighborhoods, and the occasional friendly debate about the best Corniche café. We’re committed to integrity and transparency, and it shows in the trust our clients place in us — whether they’re searching for their first home or expanding their investment portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Showcasing and leasing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
- Building strong relationships with clients — listening to their needs, offering tailored solutions, and following up like a pro.
- Growing your network by attending viewings, property expos, and local community events.
- Managing real estate listings across property portals, your own network, and our in-house platforms.
- Preparing tenancy contracts, briefing clients on legalities, and ensuring smooth handovers.
- Staying up-to-date on market trends, pricing, and competitor movement in Ajman.
- Representing Al Arooba with poise — always presentable, punctual, and ready to answer any client’s question (no matter how obscure).
- Collaborating closely with other team members to close deals and celebrate successes.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Polished communication and real persuasion skills — you know how to put clients at ease and get the details just right.
- Proficiency with computers, especially real estate marketing platforms (think Bayut, Dubizzle, or Property Finder).
- Neat, professional appearance and punctuality (you take pride in both your look and your time management).
- A genuine interest in Ajman’s real estate scene and a strong work ethic.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience in real estate sales or leasing — but eager learners are very welcome.
- Conversational proficiency in English and Arabic is a real plus.
- A valid UAE driving license.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive, market-driven compensation — with opportunities for commission.
- Modern, professional work environment right by the Corniche (the views aren’t bad, either).
- A supportive team that values celebrating wins, big or small, and believes in work-life balance.
- Ongoing training, mentorship, and a clear path to grow your real estate career.
- Access to the latest software and marketing tools to help you shine.
- Community spirit — here, teamwork isn’t just a buzzword; it’s how we work every day.
At Al Arooba, you’re not just joining a company — you’re becoming a valued part of Ajman’s real estate story. If you’re ready to take the next step surrounded by motivated colleagues and real career potential, this could be your place.
