About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ever wondered what it’s like to truly own your hustle in one of the UAE’s fastest-growing property markets? If you’ve got a knack for connecting with people and a hunger for uncapped income, this might just be your next move. We’re a dynamic real estate firm based in the Emirate of Ajman, and we’re looking for a professional marketer to join us on a commission-only basis. No fixed salary, yes — but for the right person, that means no ceiling on what you can earn either. It’s a role built for self-starters who thrive on the thrill of the deal and want to carve out their own success story in a booming sector.

About the Company

We’re not your typical corporate machine. Based in the heart of Ajman, we’re a tight-knit team of property specialists who genuinely enjoy what we do — and it shows. We’ve built our reputation on honest advice and local know-how, helping buyers, sellers, and renters navigate everything from sleek waterfront apartments to commercial spaces that mean business. There’s a real sense of camaraderie here; we celebrate wins together, share leads openly, and believe that your success is our success. If you’re looking for a place where your efforts are actually noticed (and rewarded), you’ll feel right at home.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Marketing residential and commercial properties across Ajman — from crafting eye-catching listings to getting them in front of the right audience, you’ll be the bridge between a property and its next owner or tenant.
  • Finding and communicating with clients — this is where your people skills come in. You’ll be reaching out to potential buyers and renters, building genuine relationships, and keeping the pipeline warm through calls, messages, and site visits.
  • Showing properties — you’ll be the face of the company during viewings. That means prepping the space, highlighting the best features, and answering questions with confidence and clarity.
  • Following up on sales and rentals — the deal isn’t done until it’s done. You’ll be tracking leads, negotiating offers, and keeping both buyers and sellers in the loop until everything’s signed, sealed, and delivered.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A valid UAE driver’s license and your own car — you’ll be moving around Ajman (and sometimes beyond) to meet clients and show properties.
  • Solid communication skills in English (Arabic is a big plus, but not essential).
  • A results-driven mindset — you’re comfortable with the fact that your income is directly tied to your effort.
  • Basic knowledge of the local real estate market, or at least a willingness to learn fast.
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills — you don’t let leads go cold.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in real estate marketing or sales (even if it’s from a different industry).
  • An active RERA card or willingness to obtain one.
  • A flair for social media or digital marketing — knowing how to make a listing pop online is a real advantage here.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. If you’ve got the drive, we can help with the rest.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Uncapped earning potential — there’s no salary cap, no fixed ceiling. The harder you work, the more you take home. Simple as that.
  • Flexible schedule — you’re in control of your time. As long as the clients are happy and the deals close, how you structure your day is up to you.
  • Supportive team environment — you’re not out there on your own. We share insights, leads, and tips to help each other succeed.
  • Prime location — Ajman is a growing hotspot for property investment, and you’ll be right in the middle of the action.
  • Real growth opportunities — top performers here don’t just earn well; they build a name for themselves in the industry.

At the end of the day, this role is for someone who’s ready to take charge of their career and turn their ambition into income. If that sounds like you, we’d love to see what you can do.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Walk me through how you’d approach marketing a new waterfront apartment listing in Ajman — where do you start, and what channels would you prioritize to get it in front of the right buyers or renters?

  • Imagine you’ve got a property that’s been sitting on the market for a few weeks with little interest. What would you do differently to generate more viewings and spark some genuine buyer engagement?

  • How do you typically handle a client who’s hesitant or keeps stalling on a decision? Can you share a specific example of how you kept the conversation alive and eventually moved things forward?

  • Tell me about a time you had to negotiate a deal where both sides were far apart on price. What was your approach, and how did you manage to find common ground?

  • How comfortable are you with using social media or digital tools to promote listings? If you had to create a quick Instagram post or a listing ad for a property today, what would your process look like?

  • Walk me through how you’d structure a typical day when you’re juggling client calls, property viewings, and follow-ups. How do you make sure nothing falls through the cracks?

  • Describe a situation where a lead went cold on you — maybe they stopped responding or lost interest. What steps did you take to try to revive that relationship, and what did you learn from it?

  • Since this role is commission-only, how do you stay motivated during slower weeks or when a deal falls through at the last minute? What keeps you pushing forward?

  • Give me an example of a time you had to adapt quickly to a change — whether it was a shift in market conditions, a client’s last-minute request, or an unexpected obstacle. How did you handle it?

  • How would you describe your communication style when you’re dealing with clients who speak different languages or come from different cultural backgrounds? Can you give an example of how you’ve adjusted your approach to build trust

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

Since this role is commission-only with no fixed salary, the traditional salary expectation doesn't quite apply—but you should still go in with a clear financial target in mind. Similar commission-based real estate marketing roles in Ajman and the wider UAE typically see active agents earning anywhere from 5,000 to 15,000 AED per month once they've built a steady pipeline, with top performers significantly exceeding that. When you speak with them, ask about average lead volume, commission splits, and any draw or advance options, so you can gauge whether the earning potential realistically matches your monthly needs.
