What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with potential buyers, renters, and landlords, matching needs with available properties.
- Touring clients through properties—showrunners who point out the hidden gems and answer every question, big or small.
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients, from first contact to handing over the keys (and even after).
- Utilizing online real estate platforms and CRM systems to market listings and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
- Collaborating with marketing to promote listings using digital ads and social media—your creativity gets to shine here.
- Staying up to date on local market trends, recent transactions, and new listings to provide the best guidance.
- Participating in regular team meetings to share insights, tackle challenges, and celebrate wins together.
