About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Curious about what it takes to thrive in the fast-moving world of real estate? As a Sales Executive with us, you’ll do more than just close deals—you’ll help people find their next home or investment, all while building a rewarding career in a constantly evolving market. If the idea of uncapped earnings and a hands-on, dynamic environment excites you, you might just be the person we’re looking for. And with the property market showing renewed momentum, there’s never been a better time to jump in.
About the Company
We’re more than your typical real estate agency; think of us as a tight-knit crew who know property inside and out and genuinely enjoy helping clients find the right fit. Our office hums with energy—there’s always someone sharing the latest property tip or celebrating a big win. Whether you’re brainstorming at your desk or swapping stories during lunch, you’ll find a team that trusts one another and believes in growing together. We're serious about our work, but don’t be surprised if you see a round of coffee on someone after a successful deal.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Guiding clients—both buyers and renters—through the process of viewing, selecting, and securing their next property.
- Building and managing a personal portfolio of listings, ensuring each property stands out in the market.
- Connecting daily with potential clients by phone, email, or in-person meetings to uncover their needs and match them with the right opportunities.
- Negotiating offers and closing deals, always aiming for the best outcome for all parties.
- Keeping up-to-date records of client interactions and property details using your provided laptop.
- Collaborating with your teammates on strategies for new listings or client acquisition—yes, we believe good ideas can come from anywhere.
- Attending occasional property expos or networking events to expand your reach (and sharpen your skills).
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’ll connect with people from all walks of life.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, especially when it comes to meeting (or exceeding!) commission targets.
- Comfort with technology—using a laptop and mobile device will be key to your daily workflow.
- Professional appearance and demeanor; you’ll represent our company both in and out of the office.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker if you’ve got the drive to learn.
- Prior real estate experience? Great, but not mandatory—we’ll guide the right candidate every step of the way.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
