What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet visitors and clients with a friendly smile, making them feel instantly at home
  • Answer incoming calls, transfer lines, and handle basic inquiries with professionalism
  • Keep the reception area tidy and inviting — because first impressions count
  • Support administrative tasks: scanning, filing, receiving deliveries, organizing mail
  • Assist the HR and admin teams with scheduling, document preparation, and day-to-day needs
  • Maintain a log of visitors and help ensure building safety protocols are followed
  • Provide general information to guests or direct them to the right department
  • Handle occasional ad hoc tasks — no two days are quite the same here

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Female applicant from the Philippines
  • Currently residing in the UAE and ready for immediate start
  • Friendly, approachable personality and a polished, professional appearance
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Strong communication skills in English

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service
