About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking to take your hospitality career up a notch, right in the heart of Dubai? As our new Front Desk Supervisor, you'll be more than just the face of our bustling reception area — you'll lead a team dedicated to seamless guest experiences. If you thrive on busy lobbies, love solving problems on the fly, and believe there’s no such thing as a “minor detail” when it comes to guest satisfaction, this might just be your moment.

About the Company

Our hotel sits at the crossroads of sophistication and excitement — steps away from Dubai’s most vibrant Downtown attractions. Here, we don’t just host guests; we build experiences that travelers remember long after check-out. Our leadership team values initiative, and you’ll often find colleagues sharing laughs over evening tea or collaborating during impromptu brainstorms in the lobby. There’s a strong sense of pride in maintaining our reputation as one of the friendliest addresses in the city.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily operations at the front desk to ensure efficiency and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coaching and motivating a diverse team of front desk staff, helping everyone bring their best selves to work.
  • Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and occasional curveballs with poise and empathy.
  • Coordinating room assignments and reservations, keeping a sharp eye on occupancy to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Ensuring check-in and check-out processes are smooth — accuracy and speed, without sacrificing that personal touch.
  • Monitoring service standards, identifying areas for improvement, and rolling up your sleeves to implement solutions.
  • Acting as the go-to liaison between guests, housekeeping, and other hotel departments for seamless communication.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Prior experience at a hotel front desk — ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus in our international mix).
  • A knack for problem-solving and remaining calm, positive, and resourceful under pressure.
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and making guests feel special.
  • Solid organizational skills — multi-tasking is your second nature.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with major property management and reservation systems (think Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
  • Previous experience in a high-traffic, upscale hotel environment in Dubai or abroad.
  • A sense of humor, especially when the line at reception gets long!

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Two years’ residency sponsorship — your Dubai adventure, fully supported.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage so you can focus on thriving, not just surviving.
  • Accommodation provided — one less thing to worry about in a buzzing city.
  • Access to hands-on training and real opportunities for career advancement within our international group.
  • Close-knit, diverse team that celebrates wins together (and supports each other through any busy patch).
  • Experience the pulse of Dubai, all while building lasting connections with colleagues and guests from around the globe.

We work hard, we laugh a lot, and we take enormous pride in delighting guests every single day. If this sounds like your kind of hospitality family, we can’t wait to meet you.

Please note: A job application fee applies through our recruitment partner.
