What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting each visitor with a confident smile and a professional, welcoming manner
- Managing the front desk, including answering phone calls, fielding inquiries, and redirecting calls or visitors as needed
- Keeping the reception area tidy and organized—your attention to detail helps set the tone for everyone who enters
- Providing administrative support to various departments (whether that’s arranging meetings or pitching in with a last-minute project)
- Handling mail, packages, and deliveries—because sometimes, it’s the little things that count
- Maintaining records and scheduling appointments, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Working closely with teammates—jumping in where needed and fostering a positive environment

- Arabic fluency (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Female, aged between 25 and 30 years (as per role requirements)
