What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly welcoming visitors and clients—whether in person or over the phone—and guiding them to the right contact.
- Managing appointment schedules with careful attention, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Handling client queries professionally, with patience and a genuine desire to help.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and document organization.
- Supporting fellow team members when work gets lively (it often does!), especially during peak hours.
- Learning on the job through practical training, picking up new software and processes as you go.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and inviting—appearance matters!

- A friendly, approachable demeanor—people skills are everything here.
- Strong communication abilities in English (Arabic is a bonus but not required).
- Comfort with basic computer tools (email, scheduling software, etc.).
- Reliability and a commitment to showing up when your team needs you.
- Current residency or visit status in the UAE, with a residence visa.

- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role.
