What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting guests with a warm smile, answering questions, and helping them settle in right away
  • Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently—sometimes under a bit of pressure, always with a friendly touch
  • Handling room bookings, payments, and basic guest queries—keeping an eye on the details so nothing’s missed
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • Handling guest complaints or special requests with patience and resourcefulness
  • Answering phones and emails: providing information, making reservations, or giving directions as needed
  • Ensuring the front desk and lobby area are tidy and welcoming at all times
  • Learning quickly and adapting to new technology, processes, or team changes as our hotel evolves
