About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever noticed how the right person at reception can turn even a chaotic morning into a warm welcome? That’s exactly what we’re looking for—a Receptionist who isn’t just a gatekeeper, but a genuine ambassador for our office here in Barsha, Dubai. If you enjoy meeting new faces, solving small puzzles (scheduling snafus, anyone?), and bringing a sense of calm to busy days, you might be a perfect fit. With visa, accommodation, and transport all sorted for you, this might be the fresh start you’ve been waiting for.
About the Company
We’re a growing team that believes the little things make a big difference, especially in hospitality and service. We’ve created an environment where everyone—from management to new hires—chips in and celebrates wins together. Our office hums with a friendly, multicultural vibe and you’ll often find team members sharing a laugh over morning karak or exchanging stories from their day. When we say we care about our people, we mean it; you’ll feel it from your very first day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors and clients with warmth—your smile sets the tone for their whole experience
- Answering phone calls and handling inquiries, from the routine to the (occasionally) quirky
- Managing appointment schedules and helping keep the office calendar in sync
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks like document preparation, mail sorting, and filing
- Ensuring the reception area is always tidy and welcoming—a little attention here goes a long way
- Supporting team members with ad-hoc admin needs, because we all help each other out
- Coordinating with security for visitor pass issuance and office access
- Handling courier deliveries and internal communication efficiently
What You’ll Bring
- A friendly, approachable personality—people feel comfortable around you right away
- Professional communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus!)
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
- Well-groomed appearance with a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is helpful, but not essential
- Comfort working with an international team in a fast-moving office environment
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Visa, accommodation, and daily transport all arranged—so you can focus on your job, not logistics
- Friendly, supportive colleagues who treat each other like family
- Regular team lunches, birthday shout-outs, and festive celebrations
- Opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company
- A workspace in Barsha, one of Dubai’s most vibrant and accessible neighborhoods
- Equal opportunity for male and female applicants—what matters is your enthusiasm and dedication
We want you to feel at home here—from your very first handshake to every “good morning” that follows. Join us and help turn everyday interactions into moments that make people feel welcome and valued.
